Coaches and Captain
The Redmond Gymnastics coaches are all experienced at both coaching and doing gymnastics. Each has a history in gymnastics, and a wide variety of other athletic disciplines. They love gymnastics, and love teaching others the hardest and best sport in the world.
Ryan has been a coach with the team since the 2012-13 season, as assistant coach for 5 seasons.

In addition to gymnastics, he also has been coaching cross country in the Northshore School District since 2012, and the jump events in Track & Field with an emphasis on pole vault at Glacier Peak High School since 2011.

The position of team captain is a leadership role. It is defined by a general helpfulness to both their fellow teammates and their coaches. Captains can do a lot of things for the team, such as leading warmups at meets, giving advice and answering questions for teammates, and acting as an intermediary between coaches and teammates.
